Proposed Fee Changes
One of the key items on the agenda will be a vote on whether to increase club fees.
Two proposals will be considered:
An increase of £1 per night to the nightly fee; or
An increase of £10 per year to the annual membership fee.
Members will be able to discuss the proposals before voting on the preferred option.
Proposed Changes to the Constitution
The AGM will also consider a number of minor amendments to the club constitution.
The proposed changes will be discussed with members before a vote is taken.
General Behaviour Within the Club
There will be an opportunity to discuss expectations around general behaviour within the club.
The committee will raise a note regarding conduct within the club, with the aim of ensuring that members have a shared understanding of appropriate behaviour and maintaining a positive environment for everyone.
G3 Show 2028
Looking further ahead, the AGM will include a discussion about the potential for a G3 Show in 2028.
Members will have the opportunity to discuss whether the club should explore the possibility of holding the show and what this could involve.
